What was once the historic Star Automobile Showroom is now a boutique hotel marries 1920s architectural elegance with sleek, Art Deco sophistication. Located steps from Walter Turnbow Park and the Razorback Greenway, this thoughtfully restored gem offers a city-style luxury experience, right at home in the Ozarks.
Each of the 13 rooms, ranging from fully ADA-compliant spaces to expansive deluxe suites, has been carefully curated for comfort and visual delight. Features like towel warmers, fireplaces, and remote-controlled window treatments elevate the stay into something memorable, whether you're here for business or a weekend escape.

Moxy Hotel at South Yard – Industrial Roots, Reimagined for Modern Travelers

Set to redefine cool in Fayetteville’s rapidly evolving South Yard district, the Moxy Hotel, a Marriott-owned brand, is a bold, design-forward entry into Northwest Arkansas' boutique scene. Currently under construction, the seven-story, 131-room hotel is a collaboration between Specialized Real Estate Group and Beechwood Pinnacle Hotels, with interiors crafted by the renowned design firm Flick Mars.
Moxy’s aesthetic is anything but ordinary, blending the playful, spirited personality of the Moxy brand with industrial elements drawn from its surroundings. Much of the building’s character will be rooted in its past: board-formed concrete from the original Farmers Cooperative structure is being repurposed to form the hotel’s first-floor lobby, check-in area, bar, and lounge. A prefabricated panelized wall system will soon rise above the completed stair towers and framing. According to Modus Studio, construction is projected to be completed in the Fall of 2025.
The hotel is part of a $78 million adaptive reuse project transforming South Yard into a dynamic, walkable hub. In addition to the Moxy, the development includes 128 apartments, eateries, and small offices, forming a vibrant extension of Fayetteville’s Cultural Arts Corridor. With Clark Contractors, LLC leading the build and a vision that honors the past while embracing the future, Moxy at South Yard is poised to be one of the region’s most compelling hospitality destinations.

Set to welcome guests beginning August 23, 2025, Hotel Avail Rogers joins Hilton’s Tapestry Collection as a refined, boutique-style destination that pairs modern elegance with a distinct local flair.
