From Bentonville’s high-end builds to Bella Vista’s steady volume and Springdale’s growth in affordable new housing, the data tells a clear story: the pace of construction is recalibrating, prices remain steady, and inventory is climbing.

 📉Sales Volume (Jan–Oct 2025 vs. 2024)

New construction sales across Benton and Washington Counties totaled 2,885 closings YTD, down ~17% from 3,994 during the same period in 2024.
The drop reflects a normalization after two record-setting years, as builders adjust to affordability pressures, land prices and higher interest rates.
