A Few Small Towns Declined
Some towns have remained steady or seen slight dips:
- Decatur: -67 residents since 2020
- West Fork, Winslow, and Little Flock: flat or minor annual declines. These numbers may reflect limited new development, aging population trends, or simply the slower pace of growth in landlocked or remote communities.

What It Means for Northwest Arkansas
Rapid growth means rising demand for housing, infrastructure, schools, and transportation. Cities like Pea Ridge, Centerton, and Tontitown are at a tipping point, managing both opportunity and pressure as they double in size. Local officials and planners must act decisively to ensure that growth remains sustainable and livable.

Leadership in Action
Use Technology to Work Smarter, Not Harder
Technology doesn’t need to be overwhelming. The right tools, used intentionally, can save time, improve client communication, and keep your business organized without adding complexity.
📲 Focus on just one or two tools that truly support your workflow. For example, a calendar app that sends appointment reminders, or a simple CRM to track client interactions, can make a huge difference without requiring a significant learning curve.
🛠️ Actionable Insight:
Pick one area where you often lose time (scheduling, follow-ups, file access). Find a tool that solves just that issue. Start small. As you grow more comfortable, you can build from there.
Technology should make your business feel lighter, not heavier.
